A University student received an appearance summons for passing the Oak Street booth without showing identification on Nov. 3. The student was verbally abusive to the Public Safety officers and tore up the summons.

Two University students received appearance summonses for playing loud music and screaming while intoxicated in Enterprise Hall on Nov. 3.

Two University students received appearance summonses for possession of marijuana in Twin Oaks on Nov. 3.

A University student received an appearance summons for refusing to put away a drink in Hammer Lab on Nov. 4.

A University student reported someone stole $2,833 worth of audio-visual equipment she borrowed from the University out of the trunk of her car. Public Safety filed a report with Nassau County police.

A visitor reported that someone stole his bag after he left it unattended in the Cultural Center Theater. Public Safety later found it discarded on the Unispan with $80 missing.

Two University students received appearance summonses for smoking marijuana in Constitution Hall on Nov. 4.

Five University students received appearance summonses for underage drinking in Nassau Hall on Nov. 5.

A tree branch fell and shattered a University staff member's car windshield when it was parked near the Saltzman Center on Nov. 5.

A University student received an appearance summons for punching through the glass on the door outside Hammer Lab on Nov. 5.

Two University students received appearance summonses for possession of marijuana in Suffolk Hall on Nov. 5.

Fifteen students received appearance summonses and non-students Julie Cordero, 24, of Greenvale, N.Y., and Adam Deyong, 19, of Sufferin, N.Y., were banned from campus for underage drinking after their resident director reported hearing a loud party at 7 Manor on Nov. 6.

Two University students received appearance summonses for disorderly conduct and underage drinking when a Public Safety officer found them sitting in the hallway on the second floor of Suffolk Hall, drinking bottles of Southern Comfort and Bacardi on Nov. 6.

A University student received an appearance summons and non-student Michael Tilton, 22, of Neptune, N.J. was banned from campus for failure to comply and verbal abuse when they walked through the booth at Colonial Square far east and cursed at the resident safety representative on Nov. 6.

A University student reported receiving harassing phone calls from a man who called himself "Steven Spokio" in Salem House on Nov. 6.

Non-student Jonathan Latta, 23, of Staten Island, N.Y., was handcuffed and banned from campus after he entered the resident safety representative booth at Twin Oaks after being told not to, and verbally abused the representative and Public Safety officers on Nov. 6.

A University student received an appearance summons after he called another student, claiming to be a Public Safety officer, and told her to stay in her room for 30 minutes because there was a prowler outside on Nov. 7.

Non-students, Saeed McLean, 20, and Gael Laurent, both of Queens, N.Y., were banned from campus for attempting to enter a Hofstra USA party without paying admission on Nov. 7.

A University student received an appearance summons for attempting to enter the Nassau/Suffolk complex without showing identification on Nov. 7.

A University student received two appearance summonses for harassing and threatening a resident safety representative on Nov. 7.

A University student received an appearance summons for actions of her guest, non-student John Castro, 21, of Ogenburg, N.Y., who was banned from campus for smoking marijuana in Hofstra USA and verbal abuse on Nov. 7.

A University student received an appearance summons for actions of his guests, non-students Ryan Cumberbatch, 19, of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Jamiel Hendricks, of Great Neck, N.Y., who were handcuffed and banned from campus for harassing a female student and being verbally abusive and threatening to Public Safety officers at Hofstra USA on Nov. 7.

A University student received an appearance summons for actions of his guest, non-student Rashidi Smith, 22, of Rosedale, N.Y., who was banned from campus for attempting to steal beer at Hofstra USA on Nov. 7.

A University residential assistant attempted to enter Nassau/Suffolk Hall with a guest without showing identification on Nov. 7. Public Safety referred the incident to Residential Life.

Two University students received appearance summonses when a resident director found a two-and-a-half-foot bong in their room during an inspection on Nov. 7.

A University student reported someone stole her wallet, with $20 inside, from her bag in the Physical Fitness Center on Nov. 7.

Two University students received appearance summonses for having an argument outside the Nassau/Suffolk complex on Nov. 7.

A resident assistant reported someone wrote "bitch lives here" on the wall next to her door in Constitution Hall on Nov. 8. Two days later, someone wrote "bitch" on the same wall with an arrow pointing to her door.

Non-student Phillip Anguili, of Franklin Square, was banned from campus after his ex-girlfriend, a University student, asked Public Safety to ban him on Nov. 8, saying he brings alcohol and marijuana onto campus.

Four University students received appearance summonses for unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material in New York House and Vander Poel, Nassau and Estabrook halls on Nov. 8.

Two University students received appearance summonses for smoking marijuana in Nassau Hall on Nov. 8.

Non-student, Craig Addonizio, 19, of Oyster Bay, N.Y., who was previously banned from campus, was arrested on Nov. 9 for criminal trespassing when Public Safety found him driving in circles in the parking lot near the Hofstra Dome.

Two University students received appearance summonses for possession of marijuana and verbally abusing Public Safety officers on Nov. 10.

A University student received an appearance summons for throwing pudding on the walls and ceiling in Estabrook Hall on Nov. 10.
