Two University students received summonses on Nov. 28 and six non-students were banned when the odor of marijuana was detected and three bongs, two bags of marijuana, and fifty-five dollars were confiscated in a Rensselear House room. Joel Gutierrez, 18, of Freeport; Sim Robinsons, 18, of Freeport; Ashley Heartman, 17, of Levitown; Marc Pierre-Louis, 18, of Freeport; Johnnie Johnson, 18, of Freeport and William Porter, 18, of Freeport, were all banned from campus.

Five University students were issued summonses for harassing another University student in Renssalear House on Nov. 28.

Three University students received summonses for smoking marijuana on the northwest side of the Athletic Field on Nov. 28.

Arthur Grossbard, of Rockaway, was banned for speeding recklessly and avoiding Public Safety on Nov. 28.

Eman Khamey, 23 of Great Neck, was banned from campus for putting flyers on cars parked outside Hofstra USA on Nov. 28.

A University student reported on Nov. 29 that a brand new pair of shoes was taken out of his room in Nassau Hall.

Three University students in Portsmouth House received summonses for playing beer pong on Nov. 30.

A University student in Quincy House was issued a summons for downloading an unauthorized video from the internet on Nov. 30.

A University student received a summons on Dec. 1 for driving recklessly.

Two University students received summonses when they harassed another University student for not letting them into the Twin Oaks complex on Dec. 1.

A University student returned to the ceramics lab in Caulkins Hall to find several of his ceramic pieces had been vandalized on Dec. 2.

Two University students in Twin Oaks reported that on Dec. 3 that non-student Lachelle Washington, 21 of Dover, DL, a guest of their suitemates had been residing in the room since October. She was banned from campus.

Two University students received summons when marijuana and a bong were found in their room in Rotterdam on Dec. 3.
